What is the free trial?

You get 30 days with no membership fee so that you can try it and experience the relief of having more support at your fingertips with no commitment. You will be charged at the end of the month for any task time based on which plan you signed up for.

Can I change or pause my plan?

Yes, you can easily change or pause your plan any time you like.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

You get to work with our full team of assistants so that support is there when and where you need it.

Is Sherah real people or AI?

We are real U.S.-based assistants leveraging technology to be as efficient as possible.

How much does the average person spend?

The average person spends about $200 per month to feel better.

Do you help people besides moms?

Yes, we have all types of members including moms, dads, busy people with no kids, empty nesters and retired members, but we find moms of all kinds need our help the most.

When do I get billed for task time?

We bill once per month on the 1st for all task time incurred during the month prior.

How do you buy things on my behalf?

We can use your credit card on file or we can use ours and charge you a 3% card processing fee.

Can you help on nights and weekends?

​Yes, we ask that ideally we have at least 24 hours notice for any task, but we can support you on nights and weekends as well.
