What is the free trial?

Get 7 days of our Basic plan with no membership fee so that you can try Sherah with no money up front and no commitment. After 7 days, you are charged the monthly membership fee for the Basic plan. All task time is charged on the 1st of each month for any task time incurred during the previous month. You can upgrade, pause or cancel at any time, plus we offer a money back guarantee if for any reason you are not happy.

Can I change or pause my plan?

Yes, you can easily change, pause or cancel your plan any time you like. Simply email us at info@mysherah.com for any changes to your account.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

You get to work with our full team of assistants so that expert support is there when and where you need it. If you live in one of our local markets, you are more likely to work with the same assistants more frequently particularly for in-person tasks and errands. Plus we have assistants focused on childcare, healthcare, interior design, home repairs and more to bring you expert and efficient assistance.

Is Sherah real people or AI?

We are a village of real U.S.-based assistants who live, work, play, raise kids, and partner with preferred vendors in our local markets. We leverage technology to be as effective and efficient as possible to help you feel better fast. 

How much does the average person spend?

The average Sherah member spends about $200 per month to feel better. You can read more here. For those who only need about 3 hours or less of assistance each month, they are best on the Basic plan. For members who need over 3 hours each month, they find the best value on the Premium or Annual plan. View all plans here

Do you help people besides moms?

Yes, we have all types of members including moms, dads, busy people with no kids, empty nesters, caregivers to aging parents, retired members, and small business owners. We all could use an extra hand these days.

When do I get billed for task time?

We bill once per month on the 1st for all task time incurred during the month prior.

How do you buy things on my behalf?

We can use your credit card on file or we can use ours and pass along the 3% card processing fee that our bank charges us. When you join Sherah, we cannot see your full credit card information. If you would like us to use your card for virtual purchases, please let us know and we will work with you to add it securely. 

Can you help on nights and weekends?

​Yes, we ask that ideally we have at least 24 hours notice for any task, but we can support you on nights and weekends as well. Some plans charge more than others for urgent tasks due within 24 hours and support that has to be done on nights and weekends. The Premium and Annual plans do not charge extra for this. Be sure to pick the plan that's best for you.
