Believe it or not, we’re halfway through the year. Before the chaos of back-to-school and fall schedules creeps in, this is your moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your personal, family, and career goals.
Here are a few easy, calming reflection prompts for you to revisit and reset your goals, personal, professional, parenting or otherwise, mid-year:
Reflect
These mid-year reflection questions check in on your goal setting, and help you honor your wins, and reset with intention.

What have I accomplished in the first 6 months of this year that I’m proud of?
Where did I show up well, for myself? My family? My friends?
What’s one goal I set that’s fallen off track (and why)?
What has brought me unexpected joy or peace?
What am I doing that is helping me towards my goals?
Refocus
Let’s be honest—not everything or everyone deserves your time. Consider these questions as you check-in mid-year:
What am I spending time on that’s not aligned with my goals?
What tasks could I delegate, simplify, or say "no" to?
Where can I say "yes" to support, rest, and things that fuel me and my personal growth?
Reignite
Choose one goal to reset and focus on between now and September.
Schedule time for it now - yes, on your calendar - like it's a non-negotiable.
